1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with the first draft of your itinerary, and
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Revision First Approach

Before issuing a refund, OXYGO.COM may offer:

  • One revision based on your feedback

If the revision does not meet expectations, a refund will be issued.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The itinerary has been delivered and approved
  • No feedback or revision request is submitted
  • Delays result from missing or incorrect user information

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
